I had a 1200 calorie diet for 12 days, and now I'm on my two-day liquid diet. For my liquid diet - In addition to Protein shakes, I'm allowed SF pudding, lite yogurt, & unsweetened applesauce.

I'm on day 12! You can do it!!

Wow! I can't believe it! My surgery is in three days!! July 2 - my life will be changed for the better!! Am I ready? Yes!! Am I nervous - Not too! It did hit me last me night as I was in bed for the night, and I couldn't shut my thinking off! The surgery center won't call me until Wednesday night to let me know what time my surgery is. I'm hoping and praying that it will be first thing in Thursday morning!! Good luck to all of you being sleeved this week!!!

Had my pre-op physical today with my PCP. I'm all set for surgery next week! I can't believe it's a week from today!!

I've been scared to try Isopure because of all the reviews! I'll have to give it a try! Thanks!!

Yay!! I hope you get your approval really quick!! The wait made me crazy!! I wanted to call & bug my insurance company, but I held out. It was approved 15 days after they submitted it. Good luck!!! ????

Magnesium deficiency

I drank a lot of water to try and flush the caffeine from my system. It seemed to help!

Don't be nervous! Everybody's pre-op diet is different! Today is (day one) of my pre-op diet. 1200 calories a day for 12 days and a two day liquid diet. My NUT told me I can cheat one time, but I highly doubt I will. I'm going to stick to 1200 or under! Good luck!!

Pre-op was last Monday and I've been scheduled for July 2. So I missed it by two days! Oh well! I'm starting my pre-op diet today, and in exactly two weeks - my life will be changed for the better! I'm so looking forward to it!

I've had several food funerals lately, and I was careful not to over-do it on calories, was pleasantly surprised at my pre-op appt. (Monday) that I lost six more lbs! I start my pre-op diet tomorrow. 1200 calories a day for 12 days and then a two day liquid diet. Having lunch at my favorite restaurant today, and will probably have a light dinner tonight! Bring on July 2!!
