Hi,

I am just past 6 weeks out and I too had not 1 issue. No nausea or any other issues since being sleeved. I have more energy then I have had in years. I would say that I too have be satisfied and never really get the "full" feeling. I currently am on soft foods and for me this includeds chicken and I eat 2-3 oz 5 times a day.

I think part of it was that within 10 minutes of being in my hospital room I was walking. I walked all night long. If I felt the slightest gas bubble I got up and walked. I feel great! I am so glad you are too!

Sleeved on 3/2/15. Would love to connect with others.

Does anyone have a weekly meal plan that they would be willing to share with me? If not, are there any books out there that have suggested daily/weekly meal plans? Thank you in advance.

March 2nd surgery date.

Congrats. I go in later today (Tuesday) at 11:30 to get instructions on my liquid diet. I start on Wednesday - so nervous. I will admit that I think I am going to go through major carb. withdrawals.
