Cold a lot as well but hoping it will pass

Don't go by other people, it will only make you feel worse. Everyone is different. If you're stuck talk to your nut. They can recommend things to increase or decrease. Use my fitness pal to log everything. It's a great tool

I'm 3 months out and have had no issues at all. Not even been sick once. I'm careful to watch the carbs and stay within the guidelines of carbs, fats, Proteins and sugars given by my MD. Wt is down 31 lbs today! may not be a lot for some, but for me, it's great. I can't tell you how much difference Ouse 30 lbs have made. I feel wonderful, no knee pain anymore, no apnea. I have no cons. For me it was a great decision

I had to use a CPAP for the last 5 years. I traveled extensively and carried it everywhere. I had a resumed and it comes in two parts, very easy to use and travel with. I also carried a thermos with distilled Water that fit well inside the travel case. It will b come second nature and I'm 4 was post sleeve and haven't had to use it once since the surgery. Good luck

Hi, spotsylvania and I used dr. Hamas at spotsylvania regional. He was wonderful and I've had no problems. 3 weeks post op and Down 16 lbs

I had pain at the removal incision but no nausea. Getting out of bed sucked with incisions but you have to do it.

Remember everyone loses at a different rate. My surgeon emphasized not weighing everyday and not comparing my loss to others. Also the less you have to lose the slower it may come off. Give yourself time

Just sleeved 3 was ago and down 16. Surgeon was great

I like the Unjury and they have a great return policy, they'll take opened or unopened returns
So you can try any flavor

Overall this not been bad at all. I had my sleeve March 9th and and down 17 lbs and feeling great. Two nights in the hospital, the worst part of pain was the location where they removed the portion of the stomach. Other sites were barely sore. Came home and only tok pain med one more day. I'm up to a mile 3 days a week on the treadmill. For those posting about what to bring to the hospital, Pillow for the ride home and stretch pants. I took everything everyone suggested and didn't use any of it, including the pjs. It's easier to get up and move as well as go to the bathroom in the hospital gown. Pjs would have hit right where the incisions were.
I'm trying to to look at what everyone is losing. My surgeon reminded me that everyone loses at a different rate, so to just focus on getting my calories in. I'm still having trouble with that. Since I don't really have any appetite I have to force myself to eat
Anyway..just an update and I hope everyone else is having great results too!

Had my endoscopy yesterday. Can't wait for Monday. Hoping all will go well. Finally at peace with the decision. Still only told a few people. I don't want any negative influences. Only positive. Good luck to all

My sleeve was March 9th. I have no hunger. I eat on a schedule so I don't forget to eat sometimes. Just got home from a cruise and lost two pounds. I love my sleeve!
