I am on a clear liquid diet and I have lost 8 pounds in 3 days I got until next monday for my surgery

My surgery is jan 26th as well

I have been mixing whey Protein and soy milk but I stopped today is my third day on my liquid diet I have the surgery on the 26th but I am not allowed to have solids I see some ppl can but my bmi is 54.6

Thanks so much and your right its no fun but I have been waiting for this surgery for a year so 9 days with the liquid diet is worth it
