I love the fact that my family, friends, and coworkers have been super supportive... To the point where they have threatened to pimp me out... They took the time to learn about my surgery and kept me on track during my pre op liquid diet... I wanted bacon and they would not let me get it....I'm seating here thinking about how I kept so relaxed and never questioned my choose and it was particularly because everyone in my world from family, friends, and coworkers supported my choose not everyone agreed but they support it nevertheless. 3 and a half days left!!!! ????????????????????????????????????☀️☀️☀️☀️⭐️☀️☀️

For those who've had surgery have you experienced hair lose and if so how much?

That's my fear as well... I told the doctor and he thought I was crazy until I explained... I also had to tell him what Crack head skinny was...

7 days to surgery now I find myself getting very strangely calm which only means I'm going to freak out later(2/3/15)

I've been so oblivious to this because I don't like watching the news I guess I'm going to have to watch the news tonight to figure this out because ugh snow

It is actually not as bad as I thought. I think I just made it this huge thing that it wasn't.

I just need to go buy my vitamins after work... I started my pre op diet today and thought I was gonna be a piece of cake until lunch time but I was able to stick to my guns.

I better... I had my family come over to my house and take all the food that is not part of my diet

I can have sugar free jello, ice pops(30 calories a day of those), broth, and 2cups of vegetables a day.

Where are you getting your surgery?

As long as you stick to the plan the nutritionist gives you.. You will lose some weight I lost 15 lbs during that time but as long as you don't gain you should be good.... I'm in mount Vernon

Yes... and it took about a week for the surgery to be approved by the insurance company maybe less I just checked back a week out... my dates is surgery date is February 3, I had to arrange some things for work. Sure what part if Westchester are you in
