15 days out. very anxious. Like my skin is crawling. I can't seem to get my protein shakes in or water. I want food sorta. Like to taste it. My mouth tastes so nasty i can not stand it. I quit smoking before surgery but right now i want one badly. I get ready to fix something to eat and just sit back down cover up and want to sleep. Help...

I started my vitamins and honestly have no idea if i am doing any of this correctly. I feel like I'm drinking to fast. 2 oz in 15ish mins. Today i have a lot of pressure in my tummy. Gassy sounds. And generally feel like crap. I cry off and on most of today. Wednesday i can add mushy. My belly feels bloated.

Not feeling great today. I lnow i need to drink more... I am not sure how much stuff i can add. Like oz... And how many times a day. I am not doing great today.

I am also 9 days out. My back aches too but then started my period. Ugh... I know I'm not getting enough water and protien by trying... Please tell me do you drink 4 one once cups of protien shake snd alternate with water.

Does it take the full hour to consume. I was told the same thing. Today i added crrsm of wheat but could only do a few bites cuz in not sure how much im supposed to have... I'm day nine.

How much shake and how long to drink it

Not gonna lie... Mine was bad and each one different. Stay on top of the pain and you'll do great

I had the same situation... It was so painful. Good meds though. Taking longer to get moving the way i like but getting there. They will give you a binder there but you'll want a spare.

Same here. 7 dsys out. my Surgeon said Neosporin is terrible to use causes the skin to masiate. He did recommend benedryl....trying tonight.

Its been since Tuesday and no bm. I have passed gas and burped but no lovin. Been walking a lot and gettin water and milk in. Even tried decafe coffee.... What to do

I came home last nght. The pain is unreal. I had 2 major hernia to repair at the same tme. I know its going to be worrh it. H but right now I'm dying

Heading to hospital for my surgery. All of a sudden i am nervous and anxious. Prayers please.

I finally got my approval and will have surgery on june 30. Super excited. And yes the liver shrink diet sucks. My head is killing me. But i will make it.

June 30. I am elated. Nervous too. I have wanted this for years and now here it is. All i can think of is the life ahead. Your stories have kept me going while waiting for word on my surgery. Lots of love for you all.

I'm calling tomorrow again. It's hard to get a person on the phone, but i will keep trying. Just don't know to think. My life has been full of disappoints just hope this isn't yet another.

I have finished my 6 month requirements april 1. I still don't have final insurance approval. May 1 was my surgery date, but that won't happen. I am very discouraged right now. I feel like it's just not going to happen.

I hear ya. No smoking. I guess i could get my supplements. It's a struggle for sure. We just need that final word right. Its comforting to know so many of us are in the same boat and hopefully not the titanic. Lol.

I finally got through to the coordinator. She ssid we should hear by friday... They may want more stuff but prob not til Monday. Uggggg. This is the worst.

I had my final apt on April1. Still no word on final approval. I am very discouraged. I have called a couple times to check with no response. I get voicemail everytime. I usually hang up as i dont want to be that person... But no answer everytime is a bummer. I just want to know if I'm approved. I don't want to buy stuff until i know. Now all i want is starbucks and a cigarette. How long does approval take.
