      Hehehehe...no freaking out!! I added a little instant coffee to this vanilla shake this morning and a bunch of ice...tastes really good. I am so excited now that I would probably drink anything and say it's good though. Oh and I must say...I have officially lost the cheeseburger weight!! It took me all week but I am now 271. I have to work hard to keep up with you two lightweights...LOL

      Your shake this morning sounds good...going to have to try it. I finally lost my carb binge weight too. It took me all week to lose it also. Cranky face! Jill congrats on the loss...whoop, whoop! We all will be light weight soon.
