  1. Emotional eating is very hard to control and I struggle with it all the time. I knew that I was an emotional eater pre-surgery but didn't realize the full extent of it. I was knee deep in de-nile! LOL! Becoming conscious of your eating triggers and behavior is half the battle. Also, make sure you are eating enough Protein and eat some healthy fat like avocado or organic unaltered butter, organic nut butter and the like to help combat hunger. Stay away from sugar and simple carbs, drink your Water, etc. We got this!

I'm a very emotional eater I was wishing to get a green light so I can lost this weight .I'm afraid I'm not going to be full. I'm good in the morning and afternoon but it's at night that I'm stressing with grrrr

Welcome to the group and congrats on your weight loss. I had mine on June 15th and am down 26 lbs, 44 from my highest weight. Thanks for the info on the Protein drink you use. This is a good group, a lot have had their surgery and everyone, as far as I know, are doing well. Please watch for Queen of Crop. She just had a book published that tells about her life a year following surgery. It is also in a blog and you should fine it by looking under her user name.

Ok I will thank you joannct1t

  3. My last straw was when I tried every diet and every pill paid money I don't have just to lose this weight .last year I was approved but I have to lose a certain amount of weight to have his surgery I keep going up and down with this sweet I'm trying hard to lose this weight and to have the surgery done so that was my last straw and I'm still trying to lose this weight we went to see the psych gave me a red light,I didn't get the green light to go have the surgery she wants me to lose some more weight and keep it off i'm just so frustrated about this I want to lose this is my stress level is so high I'm trying so hard. I'm saying to myself if they just give me the surgery I could do it with the surgery because I know I'm not supposed to eat certain foods so why can't they just give it to me.
