  1. That's wonderful and your hard work has definitely paid off. I'm starting to get back into cloths that I haven't seen in a few years. I'm hoping I drop more weight by summer. I use my fitness pal for a food journal and I have a fit bit that tracks all my activity. I found that I try to hit all my fitness goals daily. Thanks so much for all your help. I wish you continued success. One quick question.. do you follow a special diet?


  2. It's funny you say that because very few have noticed my loss. It's good to hear that it kicked in after a stall. 400 calories is tough for me. In doing 800 along with exercising 4 times a week. Did you find that you were hungry? At 800 calories I'm hungry alot. Your words are very comforting and encouraging. Thanks


  3. Mindy my starting weight and hight is the same as yours. I feel I'm loosing very slow and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Would you mind letting me know where you were at 2 month? I'm down 25 pounds. We're you at 1200 calories from the beginning? I would appreciate any advice you can pass down.


  4. Thanks. It's great to have such a wonderful support group. The pain is a killer in the left shoulder. I'm starting to realize that it's at certain times of the day.

    I look forward to getting on the scale everyday. I'm down 15 pounds from my 7 day pre op diet to now - 10 days to date. Thanks for all your support
