  2. Hello my name is Dorathy. My surgery date was dec 3. My surgery actually went really well. My starting weight was 330 lb my surgery weight was 316 and my current weight is 265 so so far so good 50lbs as of today. Today is exactly one month since my surgery. Some issues im having is Water and Protein intake and the amount of food I can eat. I'm in stage two on foods but actually prefer eating Soups because I had a couple cases of dumping syndrome I think it was that. Either way I got sick with what I ate. Is anyone else having issues? I guess I'm just confused as to what I can eat I go back to work tomorrow and I'm not sure what to even take to eat. Some advice would be great!

  3. Thank you so much I appreciate the advice. I bought a timer just to kinda remind me to drink Water but I never thought about using a smaller cup (shot glass) this just might make it easier I tend to tAke to big of a gulp which hurts sometimes. I will definitely check out your blog. Thanks again for the advice Protein is my next challenge, then food im also having problems with determining how much to eat.

  4. So I'm new on here and wanted to join just to get some similar support. Friends and family are great but I think I need people with like/life experiences. My surgery was dec. 3 2014. I am a month post op tomorrow. I have my trials and tribulations and wanted to just reach out and see or get advice on what to look forward to. I'm still having issues with Water and Protein intake maybe someone could give me some advice on how they manage to get in 80g of protein and 64 oz of water daily. And just any advice in general. I have tons of questions and very little support. :(
