Is it normal...
Have you mentioned it at any follow-up appointments? I would discuss with a doctor.

Attention scale users! A new challenge.
I complained about a stall last week. I'm not at 3 weeks yet so I was panicky. Sorry if that annoyed some veterans on here. NSV....went "clothes shopping" in my closet today...3 hours later I have 76 pieces of clothing to bring to the clothing exchange my weight loss center is holding in 2 weeks! Stuff that is in very good shape and I am really hoping other people will enjoy (tough to let go of some of those things!) I also have 4 "new" pairs of pants that are 2 sizes down from where I began and a TON of new tops. I am a bit of a shopaholic and have purchased many, many things that will "fit me someday"....well, someday is here!! They may not last me for long (hopefully they won't) but I feel good about how I will look tomorrow. That's not a frequent thing so it feels even better!

Stall...at 10 days? Any thoughts?
It just seems very early for a stall. *Stepping away from the scale* Thanks

Stall...at 10 days? Any thoughts?
Hi all, I had surgery on 3/17 and lost right away, as expected (I believe)....... but I have not lost even 0.1 since 3/27. I am on a blended/pureed diet for the first 30 days post surgery. 6, 2 oz meals per day.....yogurt, refried Beans, Protein shakes, etc. Nothing solid. I am walking about 2 miles per day and get b/w 50-64 oz Water per day (Doc says minimum of 32.) Anyone else stall THIS early? I'm feeling so anxious about it it's making me crazy.

Paleo protein bars
I have not but they sound FABULOUS! May have to get the sample pack.

Poop talk.... TMI
No, it;s the same thing...Fleet (I believe) is just a brand. The magnesium citrate will go through you as if you were prepping for a colonoscopy. BE CAREFUL taking that and don't plan to leave the house/bathroom for quite a few hours if you do take it!

Great news with a rant
AMAZINGLY judgmental, no matter how you try to rationalize your comments. You are not the only one who has worked hard. Good luck to you and curious to hear how you feel on the other side.

Surgery 3-16-15 an starving
I was sleeved on 3/17 and NO WAY can I have solid foods yet...and I was told not to cheat/screw around as it could damage the healing process. Your statements scare me... I have also been very lucky.....no pain, no head hunger, on pureed foods and not feeling deprived at all.....very strange but very happy about it!

Almost backed out.
It is scary but from everything I hear and read, it is worth it! I am 72 hours out...yikes! Surgery is Tuesday a.m. I am also in MA...metro-west area.....Where are you having your surgery, if I may ask?

3 days to go and feel like chickening out!
I am also on the 17th and completely agree with this post! :-)

Today is 6 months! I've lost........
WOW! Congrats!

How many people kept Weight Loss Surgery a secret ?
And I meant to say......I have only told 4 people and no one from work will be told. If anyone asks my plan is to honestly say that I am moving more and eating less. I am 7 days out....surgery is 3/17...I've got the luck of St. Patrick going in with me....hahaha.
