  1. my sleeve isn't picky about anything either. just over 2 months out and can tolerate pretty much everything I've tried. but I don't do bread, rice, pasta, pretty much any carbs. the worst I've done was a bite of red velvet cake on vday... I also have 4 oz of solid protein for meals.
  2. oh I'm definitely in and determined to make goal!!!! ????????

  5. me me!!! ???????????? I was done on 12/17 stats: hw (12/3) 295.5 sw (12/17) 277.5 cw (2/9) 245.6 gw. 145 I thought I would lose a little quicker. but I'm so happy and blessed to have had this done! I would have never been able to lose even a quarter of the weight on my own in the same timeframe without this amazing tool! surgery was a breeze.. I'd do it 500 times over if I had to. just wish I decided to make this change sooner! only a face pic but here's a little difference
  6. I only got sleeved on 12/17/14 and my wedding band had to actually come off last night. I'm down 49 lbs.. I was so fearful of losing it since it was so big, I put on a plain diamond band until either a. I outgrow that. or b. get down to goal and get a new band (our bands are titanium and can't be resized)!! good luck and I hope it makes its way back to you!
  7. 245.6 5.6 from goal...hoping for the best!!! thanks Susan ????
  8. I had my second stall just break 2 days ago. I was sleeved on 12/17 and literally stalled 8 days out for 3 weeks!!!! here are my stats: hw: 293.5 (12/3/14) sw: 277.5 (12/17/14) cw: 245.6 (2/8/14) gw: 145

  11. at first I tried alcohol pads, which only moistened the glue and made it stickier. but baby oil def got it off!

  14. totally addicted to my 600lb life!!!!!! and I hated penny because of her excuses!!! I think that the surgeon is amazing for working with these people, but I think they all need more time to prepare for a complete lifestyle overhaul! I say it all the time...had I not had the nearly 8 months preop and all the tests, I believe I wouldn't be ready when the time came. I've been doing everything in my power to work my sleeve and the program in its entirety. being only 6 weeks post op it still makes me crazy that she feels shes "making progress" by only getting out of bed once every 2 months
  15. I didn't take any body pics yet. but this is just a 6 week difference in the face! love my sleeve!!!
  16. oh boy!! soooooo true. learned within 2 days postop #thestruggle #itsreal #stilldonttrustthem6weeksout
  17. 255.2!! down from 260.2. I'll take it (:
  18. I had one. it was removed at my 1 week post op.
  19. I have pcos too. I was sleeved on 12/17 and been doing well. lost 10 lb in 5 days but stalled from like day 10-20!!!! it was discouraging to say the least. but glad to report that I've lost 21 lb since surgery and 16 during preop. also, I've had my first unassisted period (no hormones/provera) in years!!!! albeit it was light, it came on its own! good luck ladies. stats: hw: 293 dec 3 2014 sw: 277 dec 17 2014 cw: 256 jan 17 2015
  20. @@CowgirlJane I saw this a while back and was crying laughing...still the same effect lolol I can relate
  21. @@LipstickLady I log every single bit of anything that goes in my mouth. it definitely does help!!! and I also started a different calcium citrate yesterday but calcium doesn't cause poopies lol. so it def has to be either crystal light or my mints that I will be doing without! ????????????
  22. thanks everyone!!! and I can understand running!!!! lol I was in the car on my way home from school (we wear WHITE scrub pants!!!) and thought I was going to ruin a pair of pants. I will definitely not trust fluffs until this gets sorted out ????????????
  23. so today I've have the big d allllllllll day!! haven't changed anything regarding diet, got over 100g of protein, 70 oz of water... does anyone else get diarrhea randomly? the only thing I can think of..today was the first time I've had crystal light since like November.. and 2 sugar free hard candies. think it's the sugar free?
  24. that 7-10 year wait is almost ungodly; especially if someone wanting to do it is literally going to die without the surgery. what a shame.
