My insurance also said 14 business days for a reply, but I got a reply in 24 hours. My Nut said its a really slow time of year, so responses are typically faster right now. Fingers crossed that it will be fast for you as well!!!???? -

My Nut said it is the right time of the year for fast, and she was right. Put in my request for 1st week of March. Will hear for sure Monday or Tuesday what my date will be. I've been waiting since September, so I am ready. -

I am fairly sure I will be February, also in Dallas, although I don't have an exact date yet. My 3 month program ends February 12, but I have everything else completed.
