Hi! I am 9 days post op. Wondering if there is a calorie goal I should be trying to stick around? I am on full liquids. I am tracking on MyFitnessPal for practice and yesterday I got in 640 calories. I got in 59 grams of Protein. Any advice would be wonderful! I don't want to over eat or under eat!

Well I really just joined Instagram to look at before and afters from sleevers. They show their progress and you can kind of see how and what they are doing on a regular basis. I honestly haven't dove too deep into Instagram. I am mostly just following people at this point but I hope to post my progress as well.

What type of pre-op diet are you guys supposed to follow? Mine is 10-14 days of high Protein low carb and then just nothing to eat the day of surgery.

That's an awesome video!!! Haha! I have a few friends that got sleeved in Mexico as well. All great outcomes! I can't wait!! I love going on Instagram now and searching for people that have had a gastric sleeve done! The results are so awesome!

I am having my sleeve done on 2/18/15. I am so excited! And nervous! I am currently at my highest weight of 230 at 5'3.5''. I am doing self pay in Mexico. Some friends of mine had it done there with rave reviews of the facility and medical providers. Just booked my flight into San Diego yesterday! YAY!
