I learned this just last year. I use to say I don't care what you think about me. I would go up in arms and tell a person idgaf what you think. Truth was I did. It was this whole poison. How dare they what gives them the right. I would spend mental energy denying that what they thought of me mattered. Making it painfully obvious to myself it did matter. And one day I was doing this meditation ( I know I'm granola) and it said "it's none of my business what other people think of me." And it was a BAM moment! I was letting people's preconceived notions of who I was shape my entire life one grain of sand at a time. Like eating a spoon full of poison willingly. Letting myself act defensively out of fear of others judgement. And guess what I'm so much less defensive and guarded. I let there be more room for love and acceptance.

I'm so grateful how wonderful the staff at blossom bariatrics is. I've already met my surgical team today. The doctor has given me his cell # incase once I leave to go Home and there's an issue any doctor can reach him 24-7. my nutritionist set up free Skype meetings with me.. I'm so uber impressed. Oh yea I got to eat a last supper but I chose no carbs but omg 4oz of steak and shrimp rocked. I was set up with patches of my vitamins for the first while since they feel it's so important. Also I will be given vitamin cocktail IV after surgery

Well I'm here in Las Vegas. This town is one big party right now. I'm down to a day and a wake up call. I'm all nerves right now. There's 8 million great shows the night of my surgery.. I'm so tempted to go out that night. But I will just make due with watching the thunder from down under tomorrow. ???????? I mean c'mon eye candy a requirement in Vegas!!

So my pcp dr told me I wouldn't be able to do the surgery. And the surgery center has been closed. But at 7:30 I got the call get on the road your getting your surgery!! Packing and super excited!!! Squeeeee!! Ok off for an 8 hr drive then my week of classes then the surgery the 32st

A friend of mine told me her worst and it had me Shuddering. There was An attractive man she worked with for 8 years and he never talked to her smiled at her anything. After a year of her weight loss he was friendly. A few years later at a get together a woman who was her size pre op walked by while they were talking. He looks at her and shudders and said how disgusting that thing was. She realize then he couldn't even remember who she was. As he flirted with her. She just sat there a moment then looked at him and said, "you disgust me." And walked away. A lady at the end.

I was around a woman who had The Surgery who have seen drunk Before Surgery. It took a lot. Her surgery was over a year ago. One Glass of Wine had Her sloppy drunk. Oh and btw her Drinking has made her gain 40 lbs back.

Well I finally talked to my pcp. He said to keep taking the pills this weekend and see him Monday. From what I described I could of done more damage. Then the nail in the coffin. Your test show some irregularities. You will have to see a cardiologist before I sign off on this surgery. I'm a cash client so I've already paid a percentage. And got in on a great deal before the end of the year... Now lord only knows. My other half Is stresses over irregularities and I help by using Redd Foxx's heart attack skit. I know I'm not nice. So big test is to stay on the pre op Diet even though I feel like it may be for not.

I've tried the I'm at a clinic and I will try to make it tonight with out the pain pills. I've broken so many bones in my life and this is worse.

So I'm super stressed out on the 23ed I pulled my groin muscle so bad that I can't sleep or walk. Sitting down and getting up to use the restroom has been a toss of a coin if I'm gonna be able to. So I'm taking muscle relaxer and Vicodin. I'm scheduled in Las Vegas on Monday. Surgery the 32st. I just realized that Vicodin is a nasid! No one is at blossom bariatrics to answer my calls or emails I've been sending. So I don't even know if I should drive the 8 hrs there or not. Anyone have any advice.

Scheduling error nbd. It's just a few days. But I'm ready to get this done. The headache and nausea went away for me on day 4 btw :0)
