  1. My highest weight was 347. But when I started my pre op diet I was Down to 324. By DOS I was 306. Today 299. I haven't been in the 200s in years. I know at this size nobody is going to see the weight loss but it feels so good to get rid of the 3 on the scale! I'm feeling like Wonder Woman
  2. Well now all December is done. How's everyone doing. I'm day one post op. Walking,sipping and shopping. My back hurts a little the gas x strips are such a blessing
  3. Mall walking and shopping. I realized too many bags are a no no but sip walk take a break eat another pill seems to be my motto
  4. I read so many scary stories on here about. But I stoped pain pills around 10 pm last night. And I really wanna go do something. A little gas pain but the gas x strips help. At the start I thought I was going to puke but it was just gas. I also want to add the entire staff was beyond my expectation at dr Umbach at blossom bariatrics. ????

  6. It's so crazy. I came out of surgery and back to my hotel with in 2.5 hrs. I feel great now 5 am day after surgery. Honestly no pain. I'm drinking a little better and will try to find those protein packs thank you
  7. I was self pay and took a trip to Las Vegas. 9,400 with dr Umbach. I have to say great experience from start to finish. Surgery was yesterday and I'm off pain pills and hopping around the hotel room. The whole staff at blossom bariatrics was wonderful!
  8. My surgery was 40 min. But the wait and prepping for the actual surgery. I went to the hospital at 10:30 and was in surgery at 3:00 and went home by 5:00 of back to my hotel room.
  9. I have perhaps been able to drink about 3 oz since post op today. That's 7 hrs. I constantly feel on the edge of looking it. I'm terrified of puking. But don't know what to do help

  16. Well here we go. I got so nervous that I went on a pre surgery shopping spree at Macy's lmao!! Couldn't sleep last night and I keep thinking I just dropped 400 on cloth that I won't be wearing in a few months. I'm stressing on small stuff like my pedicure or lack of it and how dry my skin feels w/o lotion and potions and lord above the lack of deodorant. So I guess I'm a little scared and deflecting. Time to go to what really works for me to release fear Prayer and meditation

  20. Coconut oil for everything. Your hair your nails your skin. Heck I oil pull with it and I feed it to my dogs and give them SPaw treatments. I can't tell you what changes its made for me google it.

  23. No you wear them for 24 hrs then take them off and then they last for 3 to five days depending on what kind.
  24. Yes my nutritionist say they work just like the nicotine patches.
