  1. Im VERY discourged right now! Iwas told by my Dr that i need to be down 12-20 pounds before my surgery and Im only down 10. His asst has told me that he is known for postponing surgeries if the required weight isnt off. Not to mention my surgery date is Wed. 31st and i ran outta protien shake and went and bought isopure and it is GROSSSSSSS. Cant even stomach the smell. I dont know what to do. Maybe stressing will cause the weight to fall off !! Any suggestions?? Oh, also bought a whey protien and its way too sweet! Feel like im wasting money, and the shake from my dr is 65.00

      Wow! Didn't know that. My children go to UT Physicians. Bc my surgery date is so close, and I'm ready to have my surgery already, however I will be calling my Dr tomorrow bc his assistant is the one that stressed the and find out, bc I may be stressing over a scare tactic.

      What part of Houston are you in? I'm asking bc I've been wanting a workout partner, if you're interested let me know! Thank you!

      You can do dthis and here is how. for breakfast have an 80z protein shake, then for lunch you guessed it an 8oz protein shake. then for dinner, no not a shake a nice big salad with greens and all the veggies you like except no corn. and nothing cooked, plus some protein like chicken breast or tuna, with a fat free light dressing, do that for two days and I guarantee youll

      be down two pounds..

      you have 3 days my Dr. had me on high protein slim fast all liquid. I didn't have a set weight loss amount my suggestion is to do all liquid and only water and excersice every day, when you go to weigh if you do so in the am hold off on eating and drinking until after the weigh in it's just 2lbs it could come off as water weight over night.
