  1. Good luck and Godspeed on your recovery. It did the trick for me too... And thank goodness LOL
  2. When I proposed the original question (Thread Topic) I never thought it'd get so many responses. Everyone obviously is welcome ❤️❤️❤️lol what are they? Yes yesYou should be fine I focus on carbs too, but sometimes you just gotta. Ok good.. It's 100% sugarfree and very yummy. My partner already put the package in the trash. Next time he buys them I'll post a picture.
  3. Hello. How did you make out with your surgery. How are you feeling ?Are you on liquid diet ? Yes how did it go? I hope well. Hello. How did you make out with your surgery. How are you feeling ?Are you on liquid diet ? Hi @@Salonboi & @@nancynew! I apologize for the late reply. I'm doing great!! I'm so thankful to report that my surgery was a total breeze. My surgeon said it was "textbook" and that I was 12 hours ahead of most during my recovery in the hospital. Eating is a completely different experience post-op. Learning how to eat and how much has been interesting, painful at times, but not too bad. So far I've only lost 10 lbs since surgery, but I had lost 34 prior to surgery. I'm headed back to the gym this week, so hopefully that will supercharge my system into more weight loss! I hope you are both doing well and adjusting to your new way of life. Congrats on the weight loss.. Keep up the great work ????

So happy to hear ???? how's your energy doing? My tanked so bad for first two weeks. I'm way better now 2.5 weeks post-op. I basically did what my NUT said, take a small bite of moist food, wait 5-10 mins then proceed if no discomfort. I waited for about 5 and I tried mostly soft foods at first like, broccoli, cauliflower and onion.. I had absolutely no issues. The vomiting issue was because I lost my train of thought for a few minutes and didn't use my Eat Slower App that times me. The next day I had chicken in the crockpot, that's been cooked in Italian dressing for 8hrs. And man alive, it was good. So moist. I did notice that putting a little slice of my veggie in my same bite kept everything super moist. As I was afraid of chicken being that chewed might dry out. And chicken is a little interesting chewed that much. You'll see what I mean. Still good though. I was told to use gravy for moister , but to many carbs. I hope that helps.Ahh, yes , crockpot. Good idea. I think I will start with chicken in crockpot , maybe a chicken with some type tomato base. My favorite, anything with tomatoes or tomato sauce. Or at least prior to surgery was my favorite. I used spaghetti sauce over chicken, and was very yummy.

  8. Ok stupid question, is it ok to eat sugar free cookie or wafer thingy? Carbs are a bit high, but if I figure it into my plan. Just curious on everyone's thoughts.

  15. It's like crystal light in your water, but those favors. And they have a peach/mango flavor not shown.
  16. LiquaCel Concentrated Liquid Protein, Sugar-Free Lemonade, 32oz Bottle https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003H2LGBU/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_-hkzvb0H75H74 The grape flavor is yummy. The orange is good, but slightly medicine tasting. I've not tried the lemonade yet, and peach/mango was really good ???? I hope this helps someone out.
  17. Wish I could say the same. Having a hard time getting protein and fluids in. If just protein or just fluids , I can do it. But both is difficult. Your doing well with your weight lose. Feels so good to know the weight is coming off. Using Liquacel in my water knocks both fluid/protein right out. 16grams of protein per 1oz shot, so I double up on shots in my water.
  18. Congrats on being on losers bench, and I was about 30 mins per 1/4 cup food. I use an app to time my eating. Good luck ????
  19. I've been losing a pound or two every few days or so. Nothing crazy yet. I'm in a slight slow down now. ???? but I know it'll move the right way soon lol.
  20. I can def see your progress! I see a change in your face, as I do in my own, it's amazing how fast some of this occurs! I am breathing far better today, and guessing I am on the other side of this. Hoping that I will def be able to add some mushy/mashable food starting Thursday, 3 weeks is long enough. Still having periods of exhaustion, though I too have been back at work on my feet all day ????. Still Struggling to get more then 4 days a week of additional walking in. I'm so glad you are breathing better.. How scary this must have been!!! Keep using your spirometer thingy and take care of yourself ok!!!❤️???? I definitely put my A$$ in action today, and worked out... I'm proud I did it ???? Hey salonboi. Great pics. Can see the difference. It is amazing how quickly see results.Awww thank you very much.. ❤️ I needed to hear that today. I have a support group to go to tonight.. I'm kinda nervous, and excited about it too!!!
