  1. Feeling more energy and getting better sleep and I'm almost 4 months out. is the energy from dropping 90 pounds since last July or is it better nutrition? I dunno! Maybe both?

You aren't carrying 90 extra pounds around so you bet you have more energy! The first year I lost the weight I felt like I was walking on the moon (anti-gravity feeling). The nutrition certainly helps. If you want to feel something that's eye opening go to a store and pick up a couple of 30 pound dog food bags and try walking around the store. You won't believe you used to carry that around. I lost 130 pounds and I have a hard time carrying two 25 pound boxes of kitty litter in the house at the same time! Big time congrats!!

Thanks!! I've lost a total of 91 pounds since July---and 64 since surgery in September. It surely must be making a huge difference in how I feel, I know this in my mind, but it is still blowing me away! Looking forward to things getting even better as I want to lose another 108. Surgeon says another 68 and he'll consider my sleeve a huge success--but I want to lose 40 more than that. He says my goal is not unreasonable, just that the sleeve alone won't get me down that far. I'm ok with that---will just need to work harder at that point! But I haven't been at the weight I am at now in EIGHTEEN YEARS! Woop! :-)
