  1. For me probiotics have caused diarrhea for a few days and eventually regulate me to a more normal flow

  3. You can start a thread asking for buddies we can give you our fitness pal names and u add us as friends
  4. I have to wait 10 weeks before i go to regular food. 2 weeks liquid 2 weeks puree and 6 weeks soft foods
  5. Of you have fitness pal you can buddy up with some if us on this site and you see what we have and can get inspirations from there. That helped me when i was in a rutt
  6. Pain is very very normal at this stage you've only been post opp 3 days! It wi get better

Also i can see why your wife might feel the way she feels you're a very handsome man (not flirting) I'm glad to hear your story cause I'm only 7 weeks post op of my bypass surgery amd it's reassuring to know that even if it takes time with time and work i will too reach my goal.
  10. That's a classic case of thrush go see your family doctor some antibiotics will clear that right up

  13. I was recommended to wait until 6 months to drink alcohol so idk every surgeon is different but be cautious as alcohol causes ulcer in plp with a regular stomach let alone us with our tiny pouches

  17. @@Raec69 don't get down on yourself for a gain of 15lbs it's ONLY 15 lbs and you had spine surgery for goodness sake!! Think about the almost 300 lbs you've lost!!!!! You've done an amazing job please don't beat yourself up fir a few pounds!!!! Don't get in that head space. @@tblabella your awesome too you guys both inspire me im.7 weeks post op and cant wait to have the success you guys have had. Congratulations

  19. I had thrush about a week after surgery. I had to stop the liquid proteins because it got worse every time I drank it. I went to pure water and eventually it went away in less than 2 weeks
  20. Sometimes it's the little things that count i cant express to you guys the joy i feel in Being able to cross my legs! RNY December 1st 7 weeks out
  21. I found a Gerber baby food jar of beef and gravy one with 13g of protien which didn't taste bad i mixed it with mashed potatoes
