I am apparently very out of shape. I am trying to work my arms and I am having trouble with the lightest weights I can get my hands on. I do go on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then hit the weights--take it slow and build up week by week. I try to get to the gym 5 days a week.

I stayed over the night. Just try to walk when you feel up to it in the hospital--it really helped for me.

Wow you look great!!! I know sometimes it may not show in the scale as fast as you may like ( been stalled for a few weeks) but wow you can really see the amazing changing in you. Way to go!! You give me hope yet.

Hey Bob B--I can totally relate. I had my surgery end of Nov/2014 and joined a local gym a day after Christmas. I try to go 4 days a week doing treadmill and some weights. I am down about 30 pounds so far but I miss having a few drinks especially during the past weeks with football or just coming home from work after a long day and having my favorite drink. It is truly another thing I have to overcome with my weight lose journey. Be well.

Finally dropped 3 pounds after a 3 week stall. That was a tough 3 weeks. I questioned everything I did. I think I need to stay away from my scale this week -just get back to basics

I am still waiting for it. I had my last cycle 1st wk in November. Sleeved on Nov 28th and it has not come back and do not have any symptoms either. Will see what comes of January --guess I need to contact my gyno.

My surgery was on Black Friday. I was so grateful for having what my family called my last big meal on Thanksgiving. I feel like I am at a complete stall. I weighed 274 on the day of surgery and now I am at 250 lb. I feel I went threw soft foods so easily I graduated to "real food" to soon. I eat what I want --but smaller amounts. Any suggestions to get back with the program!

I was sleeved on Nov 29th 2014. I was 274 pounds and now 241 pounds. The weight is coming off slowly but surely but I can see inches coming off me so I do not care what the scale says. It just has to catch up to me. LOL
