So I have not been drinking my Protein but I have been eating a lot of protein in was thinking about getting the prefixed protein maybe it will taste better??

I just want to add that whey isolate powders may be superior for Protein but you have to listen to your body. I lived in a haze of nausea and vomiting until they finally agreed I was allergic to the whey itself. I've had to settle on a veggie protein that is slightly higher in carbs and sugar. I do fantastic now! At 9 weeks today I'm finally feeling good. It's such a trial and error process.

Thank you so much for the information my doctor told me not to drink sugar and he also I wasn't taking any Protein in the hospital.I'm going to research all of these protien Nd try to get some protein

I tired GNC lean 25 that was really bad and now I'm drinking Isopure unflavored I'm going to look into the other ones thank you so much:-)
