Vomited two days running: not having a good time on soft food stage. food getting stuck behind my breastbone. What's happening?

ive been on soft foods for 3 days no and ive been okay. once I almost threwup, but I had to concentrate on not doing it. I did drink too much once after hiting the gym and sorta lost it, I have come to realize I can eat 1 scrambled egg over maybe 30 minutes , I had a meatball mushed up with a little sauce on it again over about 30 minutes, so even though they say its eating, I call it nibbling. But I do get full, that's fer sure, I feel it when my sleeve says hey! and boy do I listen. lol you can do this. good luck and enjoy.
