I am doing really good Judy, how are you? I just got back from a trip to town, running around. I am feeling good, just a little body fatigue. I feel so good I have to keep reminding myself I just had major surgery. Still sore but not bad, no reflux (havent even been taking nexium),no nausea, hard to drink so much isn't it? I am so happy I did this! I am down 12 pounds since surgery, amazing! It was very nice to meet you also. Say hi to your hubby from us!

Hi everyone, arrived home last night safe and sound. Dr. Aceves is wonderful just like everyone says, in fact, it may be hard to do him justice! I was so happy to meet Donna, Trudy, Judy, Susan and Ivy (hope I didn't forget anyone) I hope you are all doing well. I am doing great, just really tired today, went to the store for my supplies and walked a bit more than I probably should have, so I am resting this evening. Sipping, burping and taking it easy. I can't believe I actually did it, I almost chickened out the night before, seriously. It was wonderful to have the other ladies there for support, really great. Talk to you all soon.

Having quite the teary day, ok, I am downright crying and don't know why, I am ready, I want this more than anything, thinking about what if's. Ugh... gonna be a long day!

Are you getting all set Trudy? You are on the 29th, correct? I am the 30th and Judy is Oct. 1, There is another gal, Sue who will be down there same time as us, I can't remember her surgery date. Doc Aceves is certainly going to be a busy guy, hope he gets some good sleep!

Hi gals, sorry it took me so long to reply. Can you believe we are all going next week? I started my pre-op today, hope I do well on it. I was on an eating frenzy, so mad at myself. I will start packing my bag probably tomorrow since I am off from work. How are you feeling? I was pretty upset yesterday, lots of tears but handed it over to God last night and I feel relieved. I believe He led me to this point and He will watch over me, over all of us. I can't wait to meet you both!

I am on klonopin 2x a day, don't take every day tho, just when I am feeling the pressure!

I am taking anti anxiety pills, which I do anyway, but they sure are helping my stress level with all this. I ordered some unjury chicken soup but have nothing else ready. Are you taking your own pajamas? Mine are huge as I got the wrong size, you, me and Trudy could fit in them but they sure are comfortable, lol. I have been bingeing too, eating at all my favorites restaurants, can't seem to get a grip on it. Meeting with my pcp tomorrow to tell her I am off to Mexicali and ask if she'll do my post op stuff. Sure hope so. I have to work tonight, ugh. Hi Judy, I am more nervous right now, very high anxiety, I have waited so long for this and now it's almost here. Scared, excited, wondering, driving myself nuts with it all.
