Well she has me doing chair exercises. I messed my lower back up a couple years ago. That's what got me here I wasn't able to walk more than 20 steps. I still have a hard time walking but it's getting better. I can go about 3 minutes of steady walking before having to sit or lean to loosen muscles in my lower back. Thank you for your reply! Well don't feel to bad! At least you're going in the right direction again! I too have messed up big time. I quit seeing my nutritionist and Doctor and gained 60 pounds back so I now have to lose 80 pounds total before even getting the surgery. Now I'm back on track and seeing it through. Best of luck! Any good protein powders? I've tried pure protein and currently it makes me want to puke :-/.. I like the pre made pure protein but I am not liking the powder... so if you could just let me know what you like maybe I will too.

Anyone have the Medicaid, United healthcare community plan in New Jersey? Just wondering if they cover the sleeve surgery! Also and did you have to do a supervised diet?
