You obviously were surrounded by people who loved you for you and thought you were beautiful inside and out. Nothing to be ashamed of . I had the same problem. As you continue this journey to your well being remember that you are you and we are who we are and although the outside is forever changing our interior is constant.

Progress
- Epic Fail
I think it's individual tolerance.. I also believe it's a quantity thing.. I've had a handful of popcorn here and there but thoroughly chewed... Ditto for corn- Did bypass not work for anyone?
My sister in law's brother had a bypass and he lost about 100 lbs but after two years gained it all back.. I believed he stretched his pouch because at gatherings you couldn't tell he had anything done by the way he eats.. In addition he drinks a lot.. I it possible to stretch your pouch..- Best way to lose weight?
I tried the toast that has about 35 calories a slice I would limit it to two and topped it with a little chicken, crab, or tuna salad made with canola mayo just a bit.. Very satysfying- 2 months post op
Thanks... It's just so fustrating my husband eats everything and looks awesome I eat any little thing and gain weight- 10 weeks out and no problems?
That's great.. I've lost 40 lbs wondering if that's just right or under .. How much have u lost? - Epic Fail
