hiya. If you go to the introductions board there is a thread called "hi from Ireland" where all the Irish gals are. There are loads there who have been banded with ACS and a few who have been banded in Belgium (like myself). The long term banded people may be able to help you in terms of your weightloss. I'm only banded about 3 weeks so not much use on that front as it is all ahead of me.
