    Exercise curiosity

    I feel that Zumba is cardio. I did Zumba last night and my heart rate was 200 at one point. But I also do kick boxing and do the elliptical as well as weight training. I do the cardio first makes me feel like I accomplished something lol

    sweet tooth

    so I really want something sweet. Usually what i do is eat a tbs of peanut butter...but today it's not working. What do you all do when you have a sweet tooth. I 'm rationalizing eating a cookie right now. lol it has 11 carbs and the last meal i have to eat today is dinner and I haven't had any carbs today...i hate when i do that...i get in trouble and plus who just eats on cookie

    sweet tooth

    I can eat the one cookie..i just feel like i messed up really bad if i ate it. I ate some cheese and i'm drinking crystal light. I feed my 2 yr old the cookie. thanks all for the advise. I'm like do they really expect us to not ever eat something sweet? I guess all in moderation
  11. I'm a little a month and I'm actually getting depressed, discouraged and flat out regretting getting the surgery. I have lost 16lb since my surgery and that happened in the first 2 weeks, I went for my 2 week check up and I was 321.5. I got on the scale this week and I had GAINED 1.7lbs!! Now I haven't done things to the "T" but it's no where near to me gaining weight(mainly not able to get all my Protein I get close). I log my food and I know I get less than 500 calories a day. So what the heck??!! I have been bloated and constipated and that makes me angry. I just don't know. I know this is a tool but I feel like it's not working for me right now. I started working out but had to hold off till my open wound was healed. So now I can't eat much at all,can't do Protein shakes cause it makes my nauseated so I'm eating meat cheese and eggs and can't take a crap!! I'm so annoyed pissed off depressed and I really want to eat something really bad but can't cause I wont go down so yeah I got problems right now!!

    @@JustJaime5 I'm experiencing that now I eat stop before I'm stuffed then hours later I'm hungry. Talked to my dietitian and she said it's the small amount of food that I'm eating once I'm able to eat a full meal that will stop. So hopefully that will work for you too

    yeah i get fussed at all the time with that app!! but it helps me a lot keeping up with my carbs and protein

    @@Rogofulm I was stalled and bloated for most of the month so I don't know if that was a contributing factor but I'm going to the gym more and doing longer work outs. I'm getting all or more of my Protein in now and still trying to get all my Water in I get about 20 oz shy of were I need to be and watching my carbs like a hawk.

    I have went over my carbs a couple if times but no more that 5g. I keep up with my food on my fitness pal. I have had some potatoes about 3 times during that time. But only like maybe a ounce. The constipation issue seems to be ok right now. .I have been taking stuff to make me go. They want me to do miralax so I started that today. I'm working out more so hopefully by my next appointment I will have lost a good amount

    Went to my 6wk appointment I only lost 3lbs ???? I have to go back next month please pray that lose more weight! So this kinda bummed me out..now it did. I don't know what the heck is going on
  17. I have always had a high drive but I have noticed i get in positions a lot easier and my knees don't hurt as bad... lol

    Yeah depression sucks major butt!! but you are doing great!! Zumba will kick your but and make you feel better (at least me). When I get down I try to go work out because it's way better than me laying in the bed awful!! Good luck!!

    One Chicken Taco

    I got a strange look at Chick Fil A when I ordered one scrambled egg... the cashier was like "that's not much" I just laughed and said I would happy to eat half of it. lol. Also the first time I went out to eat with my in laws we went to cracker barrel and I ordered the grilled chicken kids meal my mother in law just kind looked at me as it took me forever just to eat one tender lol

    I tried to eat a piece of whole wheat with some peanut butter...I ate 1/4 of it and handed to my husband to finish...I have noticed I get a lot of gas bubbles when I eat and drink...burp a lot...does anyone else have that issue?
  23. @@Justoperated That's the cup size. .. I'm a month out and I have lost from around not the cup ..I hope to be proportionate after all this lol

    My wound has since healed I started working out last week. Signed up for this class at the gym ...dude bout killed me lol but I made it through. also my church has classes starting that I will be attending if work traffic permits. So I do have that going for me right now.

    @@Rogofulm thanks for the article I just read it. I'm trying to make sure I eat and drink enough also get my protein!! eating sucks right now lol. My sister lost 100lbs on her own and said I was taking the easy way out.. THE HELL I DID!! lol
