    Stomach Fat...?

    When you work out do you do a lot of core exercises? Because I have noticed that my stomach is poking out a lot more but I have heard that is the muscle building underneath the fat. My trainers do a lot of core stuff.. so crunches, air bikes and planking

    it could be several things maybe the food you are eating isn't "wet" enough and the burning sounds like reflux. You may wanna talk to you doctor , I had to take medication to help with stomach spasms. Good luck to you, the beginning is a hard adjustment.

  6. Thank you so much for this..i do get caught up in the numbers and not enough on the NSVs. I have gotten in smaller cloths, I can do more activities that I couldn't do before and I have tons of energy. You never no how limited you are till you loss that weight.

    Alcohol - effects and wait time

    Yeah if I drink I do shots.. mainly cause it has no extra carbs like the mix drinks (my logic is crazy I know) but you do have to be very carful cause it will creep up on you!
  8. I had my surgery on the 4th as well and have lost about the same amount. I can't have over 25 net carbs a day so that could be hindering you as well might want to talk to your doc about that one. Also I know the chews have carbs and sugar in them so I would look at those a maybe switch to a pill instead. I hope this helped some!

    Exercise and drinking water

    I'm 4 mos out and can gulp water down...but in my exercise classes I have to wait about 45 sec before starting again or that water will come up

    Memorial Day Challenge!

  11. I don't have a problem with smoking... I use to smoke and never got the munchies. But if you know that it affects you that way I would make sure you have health options around and if you are anything like me when you crave something you will go get it hide your keys lol. Basically you know your body far more better than anyone on the forum so if you have that self control more power to you!! take a puff or two for me
  12. I do it like a shot...then gargle with water ...my husband laughs at me when I have to take it cause I have to psych my self up to do it.
  13. I bought a scale and this thing varies so much!! one day I will be one weight then the next its 6lbs smaller then the next I'm up 2lbs....I don't know if its me..the way I'm standing or how it sits on the floor. What scales do you all recommend? I need help because this is pissing me off lol.

    Thanks Guys!! I don't go back to the doc till June and I want to be close to 250 by then. Maybe unrealistic but I'm also going on a cruise at the end of June and want to look cute (I'm already cute just more cute ) so that's why I'm kinda stressing about the numbers...I have had NSV I can get in a size 22 and i haven't been in that since i was 18 so YAY for that.

    I hadn't weighed my self in a while but I got on and it said 296 then the next day was 291 then this morning was 293...all of this in a 3 day span....I don't know if it varies that much...how can you lose 6 lbs in less then 24hrs...grr!!

    I use the Isopure Dutch chocolate powder not too sweet but it has a nice chocolate flavor.

    List your Favorite Mini Meals...

    right now I'm on a mini babybel light and 3 kasha original 7 grain cracker kick!! breakfast is usually a chocolate Protein shake with PB2 and some instant coffee in it and lunch is chick fil a grilled chicken nuggets.

    Everyone exercises?

    I was working 5 days a week now I just do 3 days. My dietician told me to up my Protein since I have been doing high impact stuff... Monday is kickboxing Wednesday is zumba then Saturday it a cardio class. I'm very blessed that my church offers the classes for free. But I still have a gym member ship just in case I cant get to the class

  23. I have been getting over 80 into the 100 with my Protein here lately. I still have a hard time on the weekends. I have a bad habit of not eating much ...I'm working on it bad habits die hard! I have found a protein shake concoction that doesn't make me sick so I drink that in the morning followed by a P3 snack a little later...I started making my own because it's cheaper lol. Then eat some type of meat for lunch (chick fil a grilled chicken nuggets are good) then dinner would be some other meat...I try to eat a lot of protein I can hardly eat that so veggies and fruit are very few, far and between. oh and I log everything on My fitness Pal....a life saver when it comes to the amount of protein and carbs I intake.
