  2. I eat every 2 to 3 hours and I sip all day. Breakfast is usually greek yogurt with Bear Naked for Protein. lunch, egg salad (2 boiled eggs mixed with greek yogurt and paprika).   7. Hang in there! Try ice chips and if your doc allows, sprinkle flavored crystal light on it. I also ate lots of broth. Smithers is the best and I found it on Amazon.   11. I need suggestions on low carb crunchy snacks. I love the noodle crunchies that come with egg drop soup but I know they have too many carbs. Suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

  15. When did you all's energy come back? Boy oh boy! My surgery was 3/30, I've lost 27 pounds but I'm drained!! Idk if its from lounging around the house eating Popsicles and watching the ID channel but I'm back at work now and I'm exhausted by noon.

  18. Can someone give me tips on how to alleviate the pain? Its on my left side - and there are times when I can't get up out of the bed without assistance from my children. I sent one to the store for a heating pad. Hoping it helps.
  19. I don't remember experiencing anything like this while I was pregnant. It's like "trapped gas". I got sleeved on Monday and I'm finally getting relief. Walking, sitting up and getting someone to pat my chest/back seemed to help.
  20. I did but not too bad. I opted for Small portions. I'm ready to end the cycle. 14 hours until I check in to get sleeved.☺️
