Name of good brand of Biotin pills use to take skin hair and nails pills but didn't notice a difference I've here biotin is good for Hair loss

Was there a problem and that's why you had to have a second lot of pre op tests . Was Hoping they will only do one lot for me .

Wow such a long time !???? hopefully won't be that long fingers crossed already been 2 years but yes I think your right about people being more deserving , I know someone who got referred after me and has already got surgery because there was a cancelation , just trying to get specific time frames but I guess there is none which sucks ... Keeping strong though x

Congratulations on your surgery hope. Was everything you thought it would be and do for you . ????And 22 and defiantly feel like an old lady just want a better quality of life and also scared of putting on more weight in between appointments .

Hi thanks for reply . Sounds like long process but still quicker . Has been 2 1/2 years through the process of being put forward for surgery. I was on a weight management with a dietician for the first year then Got referred for surgery and has been another year of another weight management plan , then talks about types of surgerys with othe patients , and this is the first appointment with sight of the ball starting roll forward but my last appointment at the hospital was 7 months ago , don't see the point of going to tests if I will wait another 7 months for a date or next appointment so will be good to find out or il guess I'll just find out on the day in September .

Also all the other hospital appointments I've had , have had a 6 months in between them hence why I'm thinking will I wait another gap between this appointment and surgery .

Currently waiting for gastric bypass procedure , I have an appointment in September which will involve me having a comprehensive medical inc seeing the Anethetist , weigh myself meet the nurse , surgeon , blood tests and psychiatric evaluation . Does any one know roughly the time between going to this evaluation and the operation itself as still have not received a surgery date yet and thought there might be a time frame that can't be exceeded between the evaluation and actual surgery inc pre op diet . As circumstances and body may change ... A less complicated way of explaining what I mean is that all the results from the evaluation made on me could become invalid or wrong if operation is not preformed relatively soon after my medical ....?? Any one else know?

Ha yay is it sad that I just so excited hearing over people stories , @sarshbeth like I'm actually so happy for you to hear that you have a date also it give us other girls the hope to carry on and not give up.

Two days is coming around fast but sooner its done the sooner it over and you can start new journey !!!!!!

Hmm @sray maybe we should just get on to them again to find out what's going on , I mean I know where I am in regards to the process but I just want to know how long to wait like you girl , to let work know as I'm starting a new job next week and to prepare I would love to start preparing but I don't want to temp fate as I have been excepted but it's not official until I have a date and everything has been signed etc .. Girl get on to them again as I'm going to let's see how we get on .

@sray same here is just a waiting game except I don't know when my surgery will be realistically . I'm just waiting for my next appointment for pre op assessment as I have been approved after a years dieting programme , as long as I'm fit and healthy. .... I just want it now I feel like just to get it over with so I can feel better , reduce my problems medically , more energy to face the day and be able to do more things that I'm stopping myself from doing I feel like I'm in a prison in my own body ... But don't worry you will get there at least u have a rough Idea of when you will have it. If it is defiantly been approved ? If I was you I would start preparing to make the time go quicker buy some essentials and useful things you will need . Like some cute little food pots to store and freeze pre made healthy food portions , prepared for easy access , a drink flask so you can control how much your drinking , hospital bag , some comfy clothes for recovering in , some gym clothes for light excersise , some good Vitamins , some hair care as you know hair thinning isn't the best look , good moisteriser for firming the sagging skin the list goes on .... Xx
