Unfortunately I have one goal that's to get my bmi under 50 which is 270-272 I weigh 293

Hello there so I'm on my this pre-op diet and the weight is coming off very slowly and I'm down 12 lbs however I have 20lbs to go and I'm scared that I won't lose it all and what happens if I don't lose it all? Will I still be able to have surgery? I'm scared that once I get there I'll be denied surgery then I just wasted a lot of money.. Has that ever happened? Hopefully you can ease some fears of mine..

Recieved my deep breathing excersier today everything is getting real.. Surgery feb 6th.. Still trying to get the hang of this damn pre-op diet.. I struggle on weekends.. Any suggestions on packing im taking a carry on only like the small Rollin suitcase..

@@mkw I will also be going to Tijuana January 15 but my surgery is not until the 17th... I would like to keep in touch

Ur little compared to me lol.. My sw was 303 cw 293 OCC wants me down to 270ish by 2-6 so i started pre-op today.. Doing ok except trying to find decent flavored broth to eat..

Im not traveling alone but im getting a little nervous myself.. Whats your current weight stats

Because of weight they want my bmi a little lower then what is is now.. I'm self pay also... I know I can lose it just will be some work.

I am having VSG 2/4 in Tijuana, Dr. alejandro lopez at Vida hospital. Staying at the Marriot. I am Eating Everything! It's like I am having little food funerals! You know, like I am not going to be able to eat fudge next Christmas, so I MUST eat 12 pieces RIGHT NOW! We leave in a few days for a cruise and I just know I am going to pig out! I guess I am relying on the 2 week pre-op to wash away all my sins! I have zero control right now! I have found a really good Protein shake, the Arbonne chocolate. Very filling. I did it for a week after Thanksgiving just to see if I could do it and I did just fine. Lost 7 pounds! Then, FUDGE HAPPENED!

Yeah I moved it back to fit my schedule and not be stressed about anything but my flight is booked so no changing it again!!!

Hello every one I'll be going to Mexico on jan 15 and will be sleeved jan 16 by dr.ariel Ortiz at OCC in Tijuana really like to meet someone that is having it the same day!!!

I heard that there's a restaurant across from hotel in the shape of a hat and is supposed to be really good authentic Mexican food also there's a Walmart 3 blocks from the hotel

My surgery is scheduled for January 7th in Tijuana with Dr. verboonen. I'm so excited!! When I first scheduled earlier this week, the plan was for me to go alone but my husband and kids are freaking out about that, lol so my husband is going to apply for his passport card on Monday & pay an extra fee to expedite it. We've heard you can get it back in 2-3 wks when expedited so keeping fingers crossed for that. Other than his passport, my next steps are booking our flight & getting my supplies all together for preop diet & stuff to pack. I'm so excited!!!

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF IT COMES IN QUICKLY BECAUSE I HAVING TO DO MY EXPEDITED!!!

@"verionca page" yea I'm having to wait to get my long copy of my birth certificate which is located 4 hrs away so I have to get that before I can apply so hopefully next week and did u do its reg processing time or expidited?

Ugh so do to passport issues and me not wanting to take a chance on anything I'm having to back my date up ???? I backed it for now to the 16th of jan hopefully everything will work out for that date
