My seminar was Sept 8 2014.....My surgery was Jan 5 2015....so there was only a 4 month process for me everything went quickly and smoothly... I wish you the best of luck.... Do keep updates on future appts and if you need any help just contact me....!

@ebonisekim....please tell me what u did too keep ur arms tone??surgery is Wednesday. And im worried about arms..
