  10. I am sorry that you had such a bad experience with your banding. Mine was completely opposite and went very well. But on the water going down...you do get used to it. You won't be sleeping in the chair forever...I just slept in my bed for the first time last night. Believe me when I say...I know what you are going through. You have a ton of support here and you will do what they did...take it one day at a time. hugggs to you
  11. Hi TexasGal, welcome. Do a search on the forum for trackers and you should see several post on how to get those on your signature...very easy to do.
  12. Thanks Babs....that was some awesome snacking advice to a new bandster. Nykee, there is really nothing that I can add to this post, you have been given some super advice. You have to want to make changes in your head as well as your body for them to work. Eat some Protein of some sort...mash some Beans up! Get off those mashed potatoes.

  18. Poodles, just an fyi, the surgery center called me 3 times for 3 consecutive days to find out how I was feeling...looking for any problems...etc. There is a full fledged hospital not far from the surgery center...that is another reason I felt comfortable there.
  19. Thanks Diane...I will have to try that when I can eat regular food again...or would that qualify for a mushie...hummm...will have to check into that.
  20. Just a few of my favorites on mine. I have an IRiver Jukebox...I like it, but it is a little bulky...very interested in those new little slim Apple IPODs that hold about a 1000 songs. Def Leppard Aerosmith Gov't Mule Vertical Horizon Matchbox 20 Train Melissa Etheridge Etta James Avril Lavign Incubus Staind Collective Soul Keith Urban...man what I would give for 10 minutes with that man! Rascal Flatts Lonestar...just to name a few Mine can hold 5,000, but I only have about 870 currently.
