  1. 1/18: B: oatmeal S: yogurt w/a few ww crackers L: chicken strips with bbq sauce and a few almonds D: baked chicken with green beans, 2 bites of spicy rice. S: 1/2 c sugar free ice cream(it is all gone!!!) W: 70 ozs, 16 oz coffee E: Walked for 30 mins.

  3. Do you log your food intake just to keep a better tab on what you really consume during the day? Including beverages?
  4. Hey kiddies...how goes it??? Sorry I haven't been in lately...just being lazy. Spent the day with my hubby yesterday...it was so wonderfu!!! Kids were at daycare and my mom was hibernating in her room. I am with mouse..I am envious of all ya'll getting rain or cold weather...gosh we need it so bad here in the Southern Central part of the states....*sigh*. Tonight is quiet everybody is either in bed or in their bedroom. Hubby is off to work, just me and the pc now.
  5. I have tried them all and liked them all. The herb one from starkist is my fav. But they will all do in a pinch. I keep them up at work and they keep beautifully in my desk drawer.

  8. I was banded on 9/23 and have lost 41 pounds since that day. That averages to over 2 pounds a week. I love my band!
  9. 1/17: B: Cottage cheese salad L: Strawberry and spinach salad with grilled chicken D: Porkloin w/egg and 1/2 biscuit and gravy...I needed some comfort food tonight. E: 20 min walk W: 56 oz, 16oz tea, 16 oz green tea No eating after 7p.

  11. Jacqui, I made some for my hubby for his dessert and he loved it. I used the crunchy pb on him and he was amazed at how good it was. Even my daughter was eating it and she is an extremely picky eater.
  12. 1/16: B: Eggbeaters with turkey bacon with ww tortilla L: 1/3 of fried catfish, 1/4 c rice and a few bites of green beans and 2 bites of roll. Razoos was calling my name. :-( D: Small piece of meatloaf, 2 teaspoonsful of mashed potatoes, 1/4 c green bean. S: 1/2 c of low fat, sugar free icecream with a couple of nuts on top. W:48 oz, 16 oz green tea, 16 oz regular tea E: 1 hour of aerobics that included warm up and cool down.
  13. Heather if you are feeling that bad, I would stay on straight liquids...not even mushies for 24 hours and then go to mushies for another 24 just to make sure everything is healed and all swelling is down.
  14. Laura, the SCOR does a good job of doing fills. That is where I get my fills done. You have 3 people, that their only job is to do fills. There is not even a doctor in the room. They are very good at what they do and I have never had any complaints. You tell them how much of a fill you want or will discuss your fill with you. I am in there and out usually in a little over an hour.
  15. I lost two more pounds this week!! 1/03: 211 Exercised between 45 and 60 mins everyday this past week. 1/09: 209 Went from Morbidly Obese to just Obese!!!! 1/16: 207 Road my bike for the first time for 6 miles!
  16. I am just going second everything Eileen said....going to follow Pat's lead! :-) Eileen, I walked 2 miles today...just me my mp3 and no kids...it was awesome! You better get your butt in gear girlie! I am struggling today with sweets...I am on the verge of starting my period and the chocolate is really singing my name. I am about to leave and hunt for a cute top in a smaller size ....try and keep my motivation going in the right direction.
  17. 1/15: B: 1/2 chicken quesadilla, 1/2 small banana, rolled in melted peanut butter and dry granola...yummy! My kids loved it! L: 3/4 c of chicken and blackbean salsa, 1/2 small banana. D: Small piece of meatloaf, 1/4 c of mashed potatoes and some steamed broccoli S: small bowl of icecream W: 42 ozs, 16 ozs ice tea. E: Walked 2 miles

  19. Yep, patty beat me to it. I use 100% Whey Chocolate powder from GNC. I add a tablespoon of low carb peanut butter, 1 teaspoon of sugarfree/fatfree banana pudding mix....yummmy! If I don't want that many calories, I take the peanut butter out of the mix, but always used low carb milk as well.

  21. I always appreciated the bigger clothes and bigger diapers...I always had to exchange the newborn diapers for bigger diapers...babies don't stay in those little ones too long. The diaper bag filled with all kinds of baby goodies is a good one. You can never have enough baby wipes.

Sorry I haven't posted to chat today...I been doing hit and run lookees on the pc...in between chasing the kids, doing laundry...riding 6 miles on my bike that afternoon...whoohooo! Bene- No thanks on the cat babysitter...I have 3 of my own...lol..I get walked on, layed on and stared at enough...thank you very much...lol. :-) Eileen- glad you are feeling better! Sherry- Congrats on not eating those kisses...I am now going to have to work on staying off the poppycock, just the nuts...dang it...just because it is a good deal doesn't mean I have to take advantage of it! Dutch...congrats on making it through the first day with those kiddies. Pat....what I wouldn't give for some snow here in Texas...if we don't get some cold weather soon the bugs will overtake us this summer. Tina...welcome to the best chatthread! Mouse...how are you doing today??? Cross your fingers we get that rain tomorrow...you know any raindances??? Betty...don't work too hard and you have to take a break sometime...we will be here when you can. :-) If I missed anybody....I am sorry and will make it up next time....gosh time to get dinner ready.
