I have had the surgery for a month and seven days and I have been having a hard time with protein. its just so nasty I need ideas on shakes and other kinds of protein.

I had surgery October 13, 2014..... can people give me some advice about food that is easy to eat, also I have been in pain on my right side.... does anyone know what that can be?

Thanks so much iam starting to go to the gym tomorrow so maybe that will help out and I will be drinking my protein -

I feel like I am losing slowly.... what am I not doing? I know I am not drinking my protein.... I started at 260 now I am 238.... I want to lose 100 and fast! -

Before the surgery I was fine as far as my gallbladder and stuff but it's only been a month since I had the surgery ....

I am not able to keep much down at all... and this pain I have on my right side is killing me.... I have had soft stuffing and it was good but just every thing makes me sick
