What is the biotin for ?

Hi everyone I'm 5 weeks out and I got 2 days ago some rashes on the bottom of my stomach by were I put my blood thinner shots at has anyone had this happen to them ?

I had my period a week before my surgery and I got it again 1 week after surgery it lasted 2 weeks but it was regular not too much I heard that's normal but I would check with your doctor hope you get better

I drink isopure for protein it's better then any shakes and seem to be the only thing I can drink to get all my protein in. I have the same issue with water I'm only 4 weeks out so I'm hoping it gets better good luck on your journey 40 pounds down wow that's amazing

I just started my mushy food I'm 3 weeks out of surgery and I really don't know exactly what I should be eating I mean yes I know it's anything really smoshin all that but I don't know what would be able to to help me lose weight or what will prevent me from losing weight I may not be eating the right things or I don't know I just need ideas on meals breakfast lunch and dinner mushy food I know the surgery doesn't automatically make you just lose weight you need to change your life also and your diet I just need help with the diet part I'm trying to walk as much as I can with the weight just seems not to come off anymore I would really appreciate some recipes what some advice of how to eat healthier thank you

Yes I heard of the 3 week stall I've been in the same weight for 2 weeks I just don't want to eat the wrong things or take it to fast I guess I was a bit discouraged because the scale won't go down and I thought maybe it's because of what I'm eating

Is it normal for me to already stopped losing weight it's been four days and I'm stuck I don't know what to do what are you what do you guys think I should do to help me start losing weight again I'm freaking out a little bit I didn't think this would happen so soon

So I'm 15 out and already stopped losing weight for 4 days is this normal

So I'm at 16 days post op. And I haven't lost any weight for 4 days now any one know if this is normal or what I can do to start losing again?

since the day of surgery whether I eat or I don't eat or as soon as I drink a tiny bit of water I feel cramping on my upper stomach it hurts really bad and back pain upper back pain what is it helpI am only one week out I'm not sure if it's normal or if its not please let me know and I hope it goes away very soon

hello everyone my name is Michelle I got my surgery done November 4th my highest weight of 251 pound I am currently 224 pounds I lost 10 pounds on my liquid diet and then lost another 17 pounds after surgery I am very happy I did this guess I was regretting it the first couple of days because of the pain that I was feeling but after that I'm only a week out and I feel so much better looking forward to getting to know some of you guys and see what you guys have to say about your experience in your journey wish me luck

I have officially lost 27 pounds and I feel amazing the only issue is some cramping I get on the upper part of my stomach why I have no idea anyone know what this is ? I'm so happy I did this and I'm looking forward to what comes next ????

that's exactly what I feel please let me know what the Dr says I hope its only guys or the swelling of your stomach and nothing serious we should keep in touch since I'm one week out to we could help each other out on this journey

Was your stomach itchy too near your cuts ?

Thank you and yes we are like twins lol it was hard the first couple of days with the pain and nothing staying down water was so nasty and everything smells funny I hope that goes away and I can drink with out sipping soon did also do you scratch your stomach mien is really itchy
