Feel kinda bad I'm nearly done with the pre op diet I'm close to my surgery but today was hard, went to mom she was cooking the most amazing smelling food, and my 13 year old son had a pizza he came over and began waving it in my face I yelled at him a little too much just glad when this phase will be over.

Just focus on your upcoming surgery date and the awesome accomplishments that are ahead. I have been cooking for my family and have tried to keep it pretty healthy, but they often request meals I wouldn't be able to eat. It's tough but you've just got to focus on your health. Keep your eye on the prize...a healthy, new you!

Feeling good. Not to sound rude, but passing gas is totally the best feeling ever! LOL!

I find it odd that my weight is the same after 3 days of nothing but water since the surgery.

20 days til pre-op diet!

First day home from hospital. I can not figure out how I'm supposed to get 3 protein shakes, water, broth. jello down. I'm lucky if I get water down. :-(
