Do they like to go places like in cars and stuff? Just incase we go somewhere. Haven't had a chance to talk to him yet i will see him in the morning. He is at work.

I did this during my pre op diet, and have a few time after surgery. The way i see it is the only reason you really want to eat it is for the taste so just chew it and spit it. It worked for me.

I am home and doing good, gas is starting now so a little discomfort. Thank you all for all of the LOVE... I needed the support. I am SOooooooooo happy :clap2: :clap2: . I am still sipping water, had a little bit of broth earlier, and shared a Ice pop with the hubby. Thats about all for me so far. I will keep you all updated as i am healing:nervous .

Hi Kee the Carnation Breakfast is good, i get the pre made ones with 0 added sugar. It has less calories, and more protien then the powder kind. They taste pretty good I was just doing this for my liquid phase but i think im going to find somthing with more protein. Yeah Guys Tomorrow is my day :clap2: i can't wait. I am so excited. I have already lost 9 pounds just on the liquids. I messed up a little on Sunday i ate a little bit of beef and noodles from my soup. I was supposed to give that to my hubby, but the vietnamese soups in Alexandria taste sooooooo good i couldn't just drink the broth. I only ate a bite of noodles and a bite of beef, but i shouldn't have had that. It is so hard to be on liquids with my hubby around, he is so skinny but he eats double what i eat on a nromal day. I think i did great except for Sunday.

Three more days. :clap2: I can't believe it is already here. Im not really scared, I am excited though. I know i will be ok. I have a great support group that has taught me so much already. Think positive, soon we will never see this weight again. WE CAN DO THIS!!! :eek: :eek:

Thanks for the tip i feel much better now. Oh and btw the date is still on tfor the 8th he got out of Jury duty yay
