Continuing to lose fat, but not much movement on the scale. In spite of that, just a doughnut of fat around my belly button and a two-inch wide ring around my hips. It's really fun to watch the way the fat leaves my body -- so different in shape than when I was packing it on and looked so blubbery. I actually was able to pull down my size 14 pants without even unbuttoning them first. All right, admittedly, I had worn them for a couple of days, but still!

Finally dropped below 190! It has taken forever, but as usual, my dress size keeps getting smaller in spite of it all. Am tossing out more saggy clothes and starting to wear tight-fitting things. Skin is tightening up on my upper arms and stomach, so happy days.

Going back to work tomorrow...got to make sure I put me first: work must slot around the meds/protein/fluid regime...

Today's my two-month sleeve anniversary! Yay! From size 20W to 14, and I'm feeling so much better. Back and knees and feet don't hurt, old clothes are getting tossed, closet is nice and clean... and pretty soon I'll run out of my "skinny" clothes and go shopping for the new me. So exciting!

Well I did it
I have lost exactly 100 lbs. in not even 8 months. 20 more to goal. I am thrilled beyond words. I love my lapband. Happy Holidays everyone
