  8. I like Isopure. You can get it at GNC. 30 grams per scoop. Lots of flavors to choose from. Also like walmart stuff. They have a peanut butter one that is good
  9. I use Ispure. It has 60grams per two scoops. I use less liquid with my shakes. I can drink them easier. For two scoops I use 8oz of liquid instead of 12oz. I'm almost 3 weeks post
  10. I am not crushing. My pills are small and only have two I take. If it is bigger than a pencil eraser they need to be crushed my doc told me. Everyone is different though
  11. Also my hubby made me this yummy soup. Campbell's makes . He mixed it with green chili sauce and a few spices. It is very tasty. It is higher in calories but I can only eat 1/2-1 cup at a time.

  14. 40oz is awesome!! I'm three weeks out and can barely get 30oz in. I try two gulps a time. Don't push it. I didn't drink but maybe 20oz first week after surgery.
  15. I have been. Had a catscan and the doctor didn't see anything.
  16. Just walk walk walk. I never got the pain. I did have it when I had my gallbladder taken out so I know the pain. Pain meds don't help. I made sure I walked this time and didn't have a problem
  17. I am having severe side pain. I have been sleeping in a chair for 4 days. My dr told my I probably tore stitches on the inside. Pain meds don't help just avoiding straining in my stomach.
  18. I am almost to my three week post op. The weight does stall but it will start again. Having issues with left side pain for the past 4 days. But other than that everything is going good 25 pounds since two week pre op liquid diet.
  19. I felt weak and shaky feeling inside. I started getting at least 60 grams of protein in and I feel better. I found a trick to get more in. I use 4 oz of almond milk instead of 8 oz. Ispure is the best I have found. It has 60 grams per two scoops.
  20. Hi I had mine Oct 14th. I have lost 25 pounds since the two week pre op liquid diet to current. Haven't lost any weight for over a week now. Looking forward to soft foods next Tuesday!!! The only problems I have had is the left side pain. Doctor said I probably pulled some internal stitches loose. But other than that trying to get my liquids in. I'm up to 32 oz a day. Hope to hear back from you to see if you are experiencing the same things.
