  1. Good luck I'm sure you'll do great!! I had mine done by him in January and it was a piece of cake. No problems what so ever. You're in great hands ????

  3. Biotin doesn't do much. If you're going to lose it you'll lose it. Everyone's body reacts differently to the surgery. I take biotin and get in 80 grams of protein a day and am still losing it. It's not that bad and isn't noticeable.

  6. I didn't lose all my required weight prior. Just do your best and email Lucia daily. That's what I did ????
  7. Oh yes. Especially when rolling onto your stomach to sleep. You should be pain free by week 3

  15. Dr Martinez performed my surgery as Dr Ortiz was out sick. I don't think I could have received better care. No issues with drawing blood or IVs. If I had to stay longer than 1 day I would have gone nuts. We were out shopping the next day. Easy recovery!
  16. Grilled chicken, chili, ricotta bake, bananas, pudding, peanut butter and tons of protein shakes ☺️
  17. I woke up from surgery hungry, lol. They said it was gas and acid reflux but now at 5 weeks I'm still hungry all the time. Maybe it's head hunger? I'm not sure. My stomach does gurgle for food every hour or so.
  18. Good luck!! I'm so sorry you're having issues
  19. I was exhausted for maybe the first 5 days post op. I only took a week off from work. By day 6 I had tons of energy. I was sleeved 1/12

  21. My face and ears were flushed for 3 days after surgery. I get flushed though when I'm stressed or overtired.
  22. It's normal. I'm 14 days post op and still get the gurgles every time I drink or eat. It's definitely gas. Gas-x strips help a ton.
