If you haven't tried every vegetable in the world you can't really say you don't like vegetables. I'm not overly fond of plain water either so I squeeze a meyer lemon in it or a bit of lime. Ther

I am 6 days away from surgery...and freaking out a little
My BMI is 31 so I keep asking ...do I really need to do this?
I have been reading how hungry people are post op and was wondering who had this experience?
I have been on a liquid (optifast) diet for a week now and finding I am not very hungry at all except at night which im pretty sure is head hunger as I miss eating dinner with my family
Does doing this diet pre op help with hunger post op? I thought you were suppose to not be hungry after the op?
My biggest fear is that I will have the surgery and feel like I am on a permenant diet!!!!!
