Ask your doctor about a stool softener,..Colace....Walmart has a similar one with their Equate brand on it. -

I found 2 sites for Bariatric diet's...WonderSlim and Direct Diet.....good choice and not to high in price, they have a sale every week. -
Insurance doesn't cover surgery.

For all of you on Medicare, they have approved the surgery as of 2012...soon most insurance policy's will cover it,..just keep checking,..also it depends a lot on how your doctor writes it up...if you are a diabetic that is the one diagnosis that will do it for you. -
