I am right there with you. I was sleeved on 11/25 and have had slight complications. The major one was the gas but it was resolved with walking. I did hit a stall but have moved past it now. I think I did too much research pre surgery and expected the worst. I now know every body is different and results and complications vary. I am so grateful that my journey is exactly the way it is.

I like advanEdge shakes. They are pre made shakes. You can get them from Target or Walmart. They are approved by my dr.

I agree. The scale can be depressing and is not always a good measure of the inches we lose. I will not be defined by the numbers on the scale!!

I had the surgery on Nov. 25. I have been walking 30 mins daily. That seems to help with the weight loss until Im cleared to exercise.

I had my surgery on the 25th. Im having terrible gas pain. I came home last night. I feel nausaus wit the pain meds.
