  2. That's incredible!! Way to go girl! Here's to many more healthy years ahead of you!
  3. I'm ready! The kids and I are leaving for Colorado in a few hours! It's a 12 hour trip and I already stocked our mini cooler with nothing but healthy snacks and flavored water. I'm on it!!! Colorado hiking, rafting & ziplining here we come!! I plan on dropping a few lbs on this vacation!
  4. I didn't but I'm sure any things possible, you are altering your life dramatically.
  5. Congrats! More to come...
  6. Or drink a Atkins dark Chocolate royal ready made shake. It's rich and works from me. You can freeze it a bit too and it's delicious. No guilt.
  7. Eat a piece of dark chocolate. It's ok.
  8. He's my precious little fur baby! He's fully grown (3) I put him on a diet, he may look small but he's 19lbs and he's only suppose to be 9-12 lbs. he's a wide butt but that face just demands treats....
  9. @@MissRobin Yes, he's a shorty Irish jack Russell almost the same just built shorter.
  10. @@Mandyctr It is pretty exciting. I wore my 14 year old daughters dress today!!! It's a 7/8
  11. @@Mandyctr I'm down 95 lbs now!!!!
  12. @@ZoeyBear Yay!! That's awesome! Bye bye have beens!!!
  13. At Least 1 full week, but it really depends on how your surgery goes. 2 full weeks would be even better.
  14. Yep that's why I always have a ready-made protein shake in my fridge! I actually do wait the 30 before and after. That's because it's what I was told to do. I'm not sure if it makes a difference or not it's just habit now.
  15. The struggle is real, but it's worth it
  16. @@Willow822 Thank you but I'm really not, I'm curvy!! I actually ordered some spanks for the first time a few moths ago. I love them but they are not the easiest things to put on. I learned the hard way to be completely dry after a shower before trying. Talk about frustrating ! I also have to have my daughter help me sometimes, which is even more frustrating because she is always laughing too hard at my struggle.
  17. @@jenkbacon Congrats to you! Size 7/8! Nice!!
  18. Your grammar is fine I'm not 18 (34) but my daughter is almost 18 and I'm pretty sure she's going to need to have this surgery too. I hope your doing well with it. It doesn't matter how old you are everyone deserves to be happy and healthy! Good luck to you!
  19. I expect to get out of it as much as I put in.
  20. I think your suppose to exercise, you should. I however did not (which I don't condone) I wasn't eating enough and didn't feel comfortable exerting energy I didn't feel like I had. I just started to do some physical activities a couple weeks ago. All my weight loss was from what I put in my mouth. I've lost almost 100 lbs. compared to others I'm on track. It didn't hinder me. Do what your surgeon says. I followed all the other "rules".
  21. Mine took about 1 week. It was worse when I got home so they upped my pain med.
  22. I'm 8 months and I think it may be starting now.
