@@MamaTo3inNH Yes pre-mix is always in my fridge. I like the premier protein in chocolate myself. I also mix a scoop on PB Cookie syntrax protein with it. That gives you 53 grams of protein per drink and it holds up great.

You can try the gas x extra strength strips. Walking will also help.

@@Anthony DeCastro I've read it can take up to 6 months for the stomach to fully heal. The burping is normal I still do it and I'm almost 10 weeks...it annoying like burping a baby!

@@ready2livenow I know it stinks that you don't feel like anything is good but you have to eat! At least drink your protein drinks or you will get sick. It sounds like your already having symptoms. Your going to have to do it!

I didn't get my date until after approval either.

Mine was about 600 for the entire thing. My actual bill before insurance paid was 39,000+ so I know it may seem like a lot to you but it's nothing compared to out of pocket and some people Pay that. Be thankful! Good luck on your journey!
