  1. @@mykdzmom Thank you! You will be there soon..it's a wonderful thing!
  2. @@SAD HATTER If you already like exercise then you should be golden! I like it once I get going it's the get going part I have issues with. I am one of the "lucky ones" that has 0 hunger. I use to ALWAYS be hungry like you I would exercise and be starving so I would eat....lose cause for me. Now I never feel any hunger so I track everything I put in my mouth to make sure I eat enough and the right things..it's a pretty awesome feeling I must say weird to get use to after years of hunger but lovely!!
  3. I'm 15 weeks out and down 52 lbs. it really hasn't been hard for me at all. I've stuck to the plan the only thing I need to do is start exercising. @@SAD HATTER
  4. Premier protein in chocolate. I've been drinking them daily since pre-op. Still my favorite.
  5. I know it's hard but you can do it! Stay strong!
  6. I have anthem BCBS federal and it took a little over two weeks but legally They have 30 days to make a decision. In my state of Mo anyways. Good luck! Hang in there waiting is the worst part!
  7. Congratulations!
  8. @@minniegirl Yay!! How exciting! Good luck with everything!
  9. @@minniegirl hey I just noticed we started out about the same! I was only a few pounds heavier and an inch taller! I can't wait until your 3- 4 months out!! How exciting!
  10. Lol! Well thank you Billy!! My face may be shaping up but I will more than likely have a tummy tuck and something done with these boobs! We shall see. It's ok though you have to expect some things when you lose a bunch of weight. I don't mind I will take a little surgery over being almost 270 lbs any day!
  11. @@minniegirl thank you so much! So sweet!
  12. If anybody has any pictures share!
  13. @@suitechicguy I don't know about all that lol! Thank you! I'm sure your face will change. Make sure you take a picture!
  14. Yes I did probably 4 days out. My surgeon explained the reason why it happens but I can't remember what it was. Anyway, I know this sounds nutty but it hurt so I punched my arm and it went away! I'm not telling you to hit yourself (I don't want to be responsible if you Knock yourself out but it worked for me:)
  15. @@kimpossible67 Awe thank you! I've still got some thigh chub to lose among other things. It's been a long time coming, I just feel so much better! Thank you for your kind words!
  16. Pre op is not easy. I did 14 days of all liquid. I didn't cheat, not even once but it took a huge amount of willpower! You only have a couple days so your pre-op is essentially over. For anyone else about to go through this just remember why your doing it, set goals, Stay motivated and take a pic in your underwear to look at when you feel like you want to cheat! I'm serious it works!
  17. I'm a rule follower...because not losing any weight at check-ins is frowned upon in my surgeons establishment! Ha! I'm sure I will loosen up as time goes by!
  18. I didn't have any before but I do now ( well as of last time I checked/missed a dose of med) I may not have it now (3 months out) but I'm afraid to not take it since I woke up and choked on acid ( very unpleasant experience) I may try to not take it at 6 months but as of now every morning!!
