How long has it been since surgery?

I have been trying to get my Protein in without getting sick but everything makes me feel sick. Do yall have any suggestions on how to get my protein in? I know this is so important!!! Need help!!

I'm on the 25th... Anyone tried the Protein powders yet? Idk what to get. I guess it is just trial and error?

I am having surgery on November 25th. I would like to have some advice on which Protein powders/drinks are the best for after surgery. I don't want to feel completely grossed out by what I'm drinking. Any advice?

I have severe anxiety and depression. My surgery is scheduled for november 25th. Most things that I have read say that it improves your depression and anxiety. I do not know about bipolar disorder. It does not change the effectiveness of the medications. I have talked to my surgeon about it. If you haven't had a consultation, I would go to one. I was very nervous before I went to one.

November 25th for me. Pre op diet on the 15th, and pre op exam on the 10th. So no thanksgiving for me, but that's ok. Now I'm just in the waiting game now. For those going ahead of us, please let us know how it goes. Good luck everyone.

11/25 is my date. I cannot wait! I wish it was sooner but it's only a month away. If will be here soon!

I only have to stay one night.

@@Aribay1 I overspend on food all the time because i cannot decide, and i always feel hungry.

I cannot wait...

to not be hungry 24/7

to fit in a towel after a bath. I have to use beach towels, and they barely wrap around me all the way.

to not have back pain and knee pain... i am 26 and i used to not have this.

to shop at a normal store. I love fashion.... I want to be able to shop everywhere, not just one place.

to fit in all my shoes again. My feet have beccome so fat that i wear a whole size bigger. plus a W shoe.

There are so many more things, i could go on and on.
