  1. I was getting these messages from my MAC computer yesterday. Seemed to be a glitch that cleared up.
  2. LOVE PB2, they even have one that's Pnut butter and chocolate
  3. Too many folks gettin their panties all in a wad. Laugh people! It's OK TO LAUGH!
  4. I hear the Quest brand protein bars are off the chain good, so maybe that is, too.
  5. I'd eat pretty much the quantities that everyone else is mentioning BUT, I'd have a diet coke with it. Yanno, because that offsets it.
  6. Like @@BitterSweet* said. Ask for the patient advocate NOW. Meet him/her and establish a relationship NOW. Not tomorrow. NOW.
  7. Slippers to walk in so you don't walk in socks on that nasty floor, and comfortable pants with a low, stretchy waist.
  8. My Dr. said to expect an hour for surgery time, but much longer for the whole shebang with recovery time.
  9. You've been through so much, I think it's high time you scrapped your surgical team and find another doctor to get other opinions.
  10. Thank you everyone!!!!
  11. I'm APPROVED! The insurance company was dragging it out but I'm FINALLY set for 12/18!!!!!
  12. Take him to a different doctor if that one won't do more.
  13. Yup, ketosis will not only make your breath smell, it can make your urine smell rank too. Not that it smelled pleasant before, but now that I'm on my pre-op diet I am in full fledged ketosis and everything stinks!
  14. @@mduffield I take the multi complete and a separate calcium chew. That's all my surgeon recommended. The price I was sharing is just for the multi. I am also taking a different brand of a sublingual biotin
  15. WOW! You are AMAZEBALLS! Thank you for sharing, this is so exciting!!!
  16. @@heynowkc Search "Any December Sleevers", there is a post that has a million people on it
  17. @@SciFiGuy My doctor doesn't allow alcohol for a YEAR! I guess the idea is that too many people replace one addiction for the other, but... To the OP..... If you are really sincere, I suggest professional help. There's no one on this board (I hope) that is going to help you justify your alcohol abuse. Our shock, disbelief and utter concern should tell you that this is a serious problem that you have, and you desperately need to seek help. If you need help selecting the therapist, please contact me via private message and I'll help you find someone.
  18. I would say the canned answer is "don't go against your surgeon", but I probably would in this case. As long as it's decaf, liquids are liquids. Don't drink beer
  19. @@BitterSweet* I'm with you. If she's short on the cash I'll be glad to Paypal her some $
  20. @@emsgirl114 What Dr/hospital did you have?
  21. You are my hero. You had me at "licked".
